We're sure your pets are part of the family, but we ask that you secure your pets away from the Beauty-Taxi artists and products for safety.
Beauty-Taxi has a minimum of $100 per artist for all on-site services.
We accept Visa, MC, American Express, or Discover. Gratuities, however, can be paid in cash or added on to the credit card.
We give a 15-minute grace period, then charge $35 for every 15 minutes the mobile artist is kept waiting.
Appointments booked 20 miles outside the standard service area 98188 will be subject to a travel fee. Please note the travel surcharge does not go towards the $100 service minimum. Also, you are responsible for all fees, tolls, parking/valet costs and expenses incurred while providing service to you.
Spa event hours are Tuesday-Sunday from 10 AM til 7 PM or by contract only. Our office hours are Monday thru Friday at 10 AM til 4 PM. Any messages/emails left after 4 PM will be returned on the following business day.
All services are prepaid. Same-day cancellations are completely non-refundable. Advance reservations can be canceled 24-hours in advance, and payment can be applied to a future appointment date held within three months of original appointment date.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due 24-hours prior to day of the event. A 72-hour notice of cancellation is required so that no additional charges are incurred.
A party/group of 4 or more will be charged an 18% gratuity.
*Please Note: Our mobile artist can refuse services if there are any contraindications, medical conditions that were not disclosed at time of reservation (example: broken skin or lesions) or if the client exhibits inappropriate conduct.
